JC Housing LLC was founded in 2015 to own and manage student and residential housing in the heart of West Chester Borough. For more than ten years we have offered quality student rentals, professional management and property maintenance to the community.
Our student rental properties are all within a 5 to 10 minute walk of West Chester University. Over the past decade we have housed nearly a thousand tenants, and our team has earned a reputation for reliability, professionalism and attentive service.
